DELIVERY: The products will be shipped in all cases within 18 working days following the end of the sale. Three choices are available to you:

1. Free delivery to the Graduate Committee of the University of Moncton, which will ensure distribution to students approximately 4 weeks following the end of the sale.
2. Delivery with Canada Post (without tracking) for $5.
3. Delivery with Purolator (with tracking) for $12 (free for orders of $80 or more).

VERY IMPORTANT : You must include in your order only products from the “Université de Moncton” section , bearing the mention “UMoncton” in their title . If you would like to add a clarification to your order, you can do so in the “Special instructions for Les Rabat-Joies” box when checking out.

SIZES : For flaps, collars and plastrons, you can consult the size chart here . It is very important to measure your neck, since the size does not necessarily correspond to the usual clothing size. The flaps and collars are adjustable by one inch with the Velcro fastener. Please note that it is entirely possible for us to make sizes other than those included in our size chart, whether smaller or larger. If you would like another size, please indicate your neck size, in inches, in the box “Special instructions for Les Rabat-Joies” at checkout.
