Regulations

1. CONTEST ORGANIZER: The “Win ​​a year of flaps and collars” competition is held and organized by “Les Rabat-Joies inc. » (hereinafter called “Les Rabat-Joies”).

To participate in this competition, a person must meet the eligibility conditions as well as the other conditions set out in these rules.

Subject to the limitations contained in these rules, there are two (2) ways to participate during the Contest Period:

5. PRICE DESCRIPTION

Participation in this competition gives you the chance to win the following prize:

Twelve (12) flaps or collars to choose from among the entire collection of lawyer flaps and the collection of collars offered on the Les Rabat-Joies website, at Les RabatJoies.com, except the personalized “Rabat Sur-Mesure” and “Custom-made collar”.

No later than the 10th day of the month for the months of July 2021 to June 2022, the winner will be able to choose the flap or collar model they wish to receive that month from the models available in the store at LesRabatJoies.com . She must send her choice by email to info@lesrabatjoies.com before the end of the 10th day of the month. Each month, the chosen flap or collar will be made and sent by regular Canada Post mail to the winner within fifteen (10) working days following the transmission of the choice of model to Les Rabat-Joies.

The flaps and collars are worth between $45 and $55 each, for a total prize value of $660.

The same model can be chosen more than once, but all models must be the same size.

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE PRIZES: The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-transferable and non-transferable.

7. DRAW AND PRIZE GIVING
   • There will be a random draw from all eligible entries received for the prize. The drawing will take place on July 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. (ET), in front of a witness among Les Rabat-Joies employees.

8. LIMITATION OF PARTICIPATION AND EXCLUSIONS

8.1. The number of entries per person is unlimited.

10. DISPUTE

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools , des courses et des jeux for a decision. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of intervention to attempt to resolve it.
