Refund policy

At Les Rabat-Joies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the final product, please refer to the policy below based on the type of item purchased.

Made-to-Measure Robes and Custom Garments :To modify or cancel an order, or to request a change to the cut, design, or fabric, you must contact Les Rabat-Joies by email before 11:59 p.m. on the day of purchase.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the day of purchase, as production begins immediately after payment, which includes ordering and preparing your custom fabric for cutting.
Once the item has been delivered, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
If alterations are needed after delivery, please contact Les Rabat-Joies within 30 business days.

Tabs and Other Standard/Ready-to-Wear Items : To modify or cancel an order, you must contact Les Rabat-Joies by email within 5 business days of the purchase date.
Once received, these items may be exchanged, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
No exchange or refund will be accepted for items with personalized embroidery or for custom items made to specific client requirements.  

Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. If not, Les Rabat-Joies reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

If a purchase was paid in whole or in part with a gift card, any refund will be issued in the form of a gift card for the corresponding amount.

Les Rabat-Joies is not responsible for any modifications or alterations made by third parties after the product has been delivered.
