Shipping method

You may choose in-store pickup with fitting or home delivery. Shipments are generally made via Purolator. All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Packages will be shipped according to the instructions received, to the address provided. A signature will be required upon delivery for parcels valued over $200.
If your shipping address changes, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Les Rabat-Joies.  

Shipping fees

Shipping fees may apply for home delivery and may vary by province.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Les Rabat-Joies, all shipping, customs, taxes, and related fees are the client’s responsibility.

For exceptional cases requiring international shipping, the above conditions may not apply. Additional fees may apply.

Production and delivery timeframes

Tabs: From the date of payment, production typically takes 10 to 15 business days.
The Express option offers a 1 to 3 business day production timeframe.
Shipping time and cost are added depending on the delivery location.

Custom Lawyer Robes: From the date of payment, production takes approximately 15 to 20 business weeks.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Custom Judge Robes: From the date of payment, production takes approximately 6 to 8 business weeks.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location or delivery agreement.

We cannot guarantee exact shipping dates due to unexpected events such as natural phenomena, health-related issues affecting our seamstresses, or supplier delays.
We will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your garments arrive as quickly as possible.
